On the afternoon of April 21, 2025, the investment and merger signing ceremony between Jiangsu Canlon Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Jiazhicai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiazhicai") was successfully held in Canlon Polymer Industrial Park.

In order to cope with climate change and achieve sustainable economic development, clean energy transformation is the only way. On March 28, 2025, the 11th National Metal Enclosure System Industry Conference was grandly held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. The "Polymer Membrane Metal Composite Panel and Engineering Application" project of Canlon won the 2024 "Technology Innovation Award" of the China Steel Structure Association at this conference. The conference was hosted by China Building Waterproof Association Metal Roofing Technology Branch, China Steel Structure Association Enclosure System Branch, MCC General Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd., and organized by Seiko Industrial Building Systems Group Co., Ltd. and MCC Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. More than 130 companies and more than 400 representatives from the metal enclosure system industry across the country participated, of which 39 exhibitors displayed high-tech achievements.

Taking "green, low-carbon, intelligent and safe" as the standard, Canlon based on the standpoint and original intention of the building materials industry, believes that to serve the standards well, good design and good materials are needed; good systems and good construction are also needed; at the same time, on the manufacturing end, enterprises must strengthen technological empowerment and promote new construction methods such as green construction and digital management on the application end.
