In 2021, CCTV's "News Broadcast" featured a special report on a benchmark urban renewal project—the Taizhou Old City Renovation Project in Zhejiang Province. The video showcased the Taizhou Jiaojiang Bridge East Project, constructed by Greentown Leju, as a model, demonstrating how the living environment of residents in the old city area has been improved. This project is one of Canlon's representative works in the "urban renewal" journey. Taizhou's old city area suffers from numerous dilapidated and unsafe buildings, prompting residents to yearn for relocation to new homes. Taizhou City Development Group, Greentown Construction Management, and Fangyuan Construction, the general contractor, all possess high-quality resources from front-end planning and design to back-end property management. Currently, many homeowners are experiencing problems with dampness, efflorescence, mold, and damp walls and floors in their basements. Even after repeated grouting, painting, and application of roofing materials, these issues persist. The core reason is that continuous "passive water blocking" can only address surface water and cannot solve the problem of gaseous water and capillary water that continuously seep into the pores of the concrete. Electro-osmosis moisture-proofing (electro-osmosis solution) is currently the mainstream and mature technology in the renovation industry for addressing persistent dampness in basements. Unlike traditional sealing methods, it provides a long-term solution to dampness problems at the structural level. Today, Karen Renovation will break down its principles in layman's terms, clearly explaining its applicable scenarios, practical effects, and advantages and disadvantages.

PVDF (Polyvinyl fluoride) is an important member of the fluoroplastics family. On the one hand, PVDF possesses typical characteristics of fluoroplastics, such as excellent UV aging resistance, stain resistance, corrosion resistance, and flame retardancy. It also exhibits particularly good resistance to strong acids and oxidation, and can withstand 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at room temperature. On the other hand, PVDF also possesses crystal diversity, electroactivity, and excellent electrochemical stability. It is the second largest fluoroplastic by production volume, making it a truly outstanding product.
