Recently, the bidding results for the 2026-2027 waterproofing engineering subcontracting framework agreement of the Urban Construction Branch of China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group have been announced. Canlon Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Canlon, was successfully selected and will work with the Urban Construction Branch of China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group to provide systematic waterproofing solutions and high-quality waterproofing materials for key urban infrastructure, rail transit, and municipal engineering projects, jointly safeguarding the high-quality construction of urban infrastructure.
Nongfu Spring's Dujiangyan Production Base is a comprehensive production base invested and constructed by Nongfu Spring in Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Located in the Qingcheng Mountain Tourism Equipment Industrial Functional Zone, it covers an area of 446.7 acres and has a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan. The base adopts automated and digital production technologies and integrates industrial tourism functions, mainly producing drinking natural water and aseptic beverages. This project is a core project of the "Tianfu Good Water" industrial cluster in Dujiangyan City. Concrete is the main base material for all kinds of buildings. It is made by mixing cement, sand, stone, water, and, when necessary, admixtures and mineral admixtures in appropriate proportions, and then mixing, molding, curing and hardening. Therefore, it has a certain degree of density. The cement hydration products (such as CSH gel) fill the gaps between the aggregates, which theoretically seems to prevent water penetration. However, during the drying and hardening process of ordinary concrete, due to water evaporation and volume changes caused by cement hydration, tiny capillary pores and gel pores inevitably form. These pores constitute pathways for the penetration of water and other harmful substances.
