The Fengcheng Lidu project is located at No. 68 Fengxiang Avenue, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City. Developed by Qingyuan Hengyuan Zhaoye Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the project primarily consists of high-rise residential buildings, supplemented by apartments, villas, and commercial spaces. The surrounding area boasts abundant educational, medical, and commercial resources. The total land area is approximately 230,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 700,000 square meters. The project's green roof drainage system utilizes the Canlon SDR siphon drainage collection system, with on-site construction handled by Canlon's Qingyuan partner, Guangdong Yuhao Housing Repair Co., Ltd.
Recently, Canlon has added another internationally authoritative certification – its TPO/PVC waterproof membrane has successfully passed the product rating accreditation of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) after three years of outdoor testing, making it one of the few domestic companies to hold certifications for both polymer waterproof materials. This also signifies that Canlon's roofing waterproofing products have reached internationally advanced levels in terms of thermal radiation efficiency and green energy-saving performance, opening new channels for expanding into the global green building market.
On November 6th, the winners of the first "Good Waterproofing for Good Houses" Solution Evaluation Competition, organized by the China Building Waterproofing Association, were officially announced. Canlon's "MPU-N Solvent-Free Polyurethane Waterproof Coating" won second prize in the competition.
