A total of 13 independent breathable observation pipes and 8 siphon outlets were designed in the B and D areas of the project. The siphon drainage system of the garage roof covers an area of about 17,655 square meters. The outlet is connected to the observation well, and then connected to the municipal rainwater well through the drainage pipe to drain the infiltrated water on the garage roof to the outdoor rainwater pipe network.

The second phase is 1.2MW, adopting the "local consumption and surplus power grid access" model.
