The Oriental Sun City Shanheyuan project is located on Lizhiling Road (Sun City East Road) in Tianya District, Sanya City. It is developed by Sanya Oriental Sun City Investment Co., Ltd., covers an area of approximately 80,000 square meters and has a total construction area of approximately 106,000 square meters.
The project adopts a modern and simple style, allowing the building to be hidden in nature and integrating life into the scenery, reflecting the design concept of integrating luxury, refinement and natural environment. The greening rate of the community has reached 40%.
In order to provide the residents of Sanya Oriental Sun City with a more harmonious ecological living environment, Canlon customized and designed the Canlon SDR siphon drainage collection system according to the main building layout of the project. A total of 13 independent breathable observation pipes and 8 siphon outlets were designed in the B and D areas of the project. The siphon drainage system of the garage roof covers an area of about 17,655 square meters. The outlet is connected to the observation well, and then connected to the municipal rainwater well through the drainage pipe to drain the infiltrated water on the garage roof to the outdoor rainwater pipe network.
Canlon's SDR siphon drainage system has unique sponge characteristics and is deeply integrated with the concept of sponge city construction. It can be cleverly integrated with sunken green spaces, rainwater gardens, dry creeks, grass-planted ditches, permeable pavements, etc. It can not only become a part of the community landscape, but also a "sponge body" of "natural accumulation, natural infiltration, and natural purification". Through "infiltration, stagnation, storage, purification, use, and drainage", rainwater can be naturally infiltrated, purified layer by layer, and water quality can be improved; while achieving rainwater regulation and peak shifting to reduce the formation of urban waterlogging, rainwater can also be reused for greening and watering flowers.
Canlon's SDR sponge city siphon drainage collection system allows more urban residents to "see greenery when they open the window and go out to the park" and see the "poetry and distance" at their doorstep.
