With the full implementation of the "General Specification for Waterproofing of Building and Municipal Engineering" , waterproofing methods for metal roofs with Class I or Class II waterproofing grades all require a layer of metal sheet and a layer of waterproof membrane. Fusion® Composite Sandwich Panel System
Fusion® composite sandwich panel system, also known as the "Mirror Panel" system, is an insulated composite sandwich panel made of outer and inner metal panels and an insulation core material bonded together with adhesives or foam. After installation and welding, the roof surface is completely smooth like a mirror, hence the name "Mirror Panel." It won the 2025 "Technological Innovation Award" from the China Steel Structure Association . It has successfully supported projects such as Zhoushan Yangshan International Transit Logistics Park and Changsha Zhigu.

Single-ply roofing systems are the mainstream international roofing solution. They use TPO/PVC polymer waterproof membrane as the waterproof layer, making full use of its weather resistance, corrosion resistance and weldability. This effectively reduces the number of roof layers and material costs, has low requirements for weather conditions, effectively reduces construction time, and can be used in maintenance projects.


Relying on a complete set of imported Italian production lines and innovative platforms such as the Suzhou Advanced Technology Research Institute and CNAS certified testing center, Canlon has greatly improved the performance of single-layer roofing systems in terms of aging resistance, waterproofing, heat insulation, and wind resistance. Flexible detail treatments are more reliable, and the artificial climate accelerated aging time of TPO/PVC rolls reaches 15,000 and 12,000 hours respectively , with wind uplift resistance reaching 11.5Kpa and 9.3Kpa respectively , providing photovoltaic systems with a service life of at least 25 years, one-time construction, and full life cycle protection.

A prefabricated building envelope system that uses profiled metal sheets or metal-faced sandwich panels as the main materials for the roof, walls, and floor systems, and is connected to the main structure through supporting structural components to meet the corresponding functional requirements of the building envelope system.

Due to factors such as load, concrete carbonation, and erosion, concrete structures inevitably develop new cracks within their service life, leading to potential leakage risks.

The concrete photovoltaic roof system solution is tailored for concrete building roofs. A special adhesive is used to fully bond Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membrane to the concrete protective layer. The membrane is then hot-air welded to form a complete waterproof layer, which can be integrated with insulation layers and other related structures to form a roof system. Construction is simple, requiring no hot-melt welding, and photovoltaic brackets can be installed to create a functional roof system.
AIDC (AI Data Center) Dedicated Solution
Data centers, due to the large number of rooftop devices and heavy-duty requirements, currently mainly use concrete roofs. Given their numerous nodes and complex structure, using waterproof membranes for waterproofing is obviously difficult to construct and the waterproofing effect is hard to guarantee.

Refurbish mechanical fixing system
Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membrane is fixed to the original roof metal panel or purlin base using special fasteners. The pull-out force between the fasteners and the base layer is used to resist wind load. The membranes are welded together by hot air to form a complete waterproof layer, which together with the insulation layer, vapor barrier layer and other related structural layers forms a roof system.
Refurbish full-adhesion system
On the original metal roof panel, a special adhesive is used to fully bond the Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membrane to the base layer of the original metal roof panel. The adhesive strength is used to resist wind loads, and the membranes are welded together by hot air to form a complete waterproof layer.
Refurbish self-adhesive system
1. On the original roof metal panel, fully adhere the WRF ultra-thin self-adhesive elastic anti-corrosion film to the original roof metal panel base layer, and use the acrylic adhesive on the roll to resist wind load. The anti-corrosion film is bonded together to form a complete waterproof layer.
2. On the original roof metal panel, fully adhere the WRM butyl self-adhesive elastic anti-corrosion membrane to the original roof metal panel base layer, and use the butyl adhesive on the membrane to resist wind load. The anti-corrosion membranes are welded together by hot air to form a complete waterproof layer.
