Recently, the Yanjing Beer (Danjiangkou) production base project, whose roof system construction was undertaken by Canlon, has entered the final sprint stage and is scheduled to be officially put into operation in July this year.
As a key project of the Beijing-Yanjiangkou counterpart cooperation and a key industrial project of Hubei Province, the Yanjing Beer (Danjiangkou) production base is expected to have an annual output value of over 2 billion yuan. It will become one of the largest and most intelligent modern beer production bases in Central China, and will also become one of the classic representative cases of Canlon's PMP® integrated panels.
The Yanjing Beer Danjiangkou Factory is one of the largest beer production bases built in Central China in recent years, a complex integrating production, tourism, and sightseeing. Throughout its construction, it adhered to the principles of green, low-carbon, environmental protection, energy conservation, and intelligence, striving to create a modern benchmark beer factory.
The project uses Canlon PMP® integrated panels roofing system. This product consists of an exposed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof membrane as the outer layer, which is bonded to a metal plate through a special processing technology. The resulting roof panel is formed by roller pressing and bending with a tile press machine. It combines the simple and quick installation method of traditional steel roofs with the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of PVC waterproof layer, effectively reducing the number of roof layers and material costs, and providing long-term protection for the roof's lifespan.
By PMP's unique integrated panel installation process with the special composite process of PVC membranes, Canlon has endowed metal roofing systems with mature and reliable installation and construction technology, providing a "good roof without renovation" commitment and protection for an increasing number of benchmark projects.
