During the Lesser Fullness of Grain solar term, all things are abundant. On May 22, the senior and middle management team of Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ganfeng Lithium) visited the Canlon Polymer Industrial Park to carry out a seminar and learning activity themed "Benchmarking against the best to promote development and intelligently leading change to start a new journey".
The study tour was led by He Xingyao, Vice President of Ganfeng Lithium, with more than 40 participants including heads of various departments and centers. Vice Presidents Wang Pingping, Chen Hongjin, and Long Zhihong of Canlon, along with Zhao Dongliang, Director of the Human Resources Center, and other senior and middle-level leaders, warmly received the visitors.

The delegation first visited the Canlon Polymer Industrial Park, going deep into the production workshops, R&D center, and photovoltaic roofs to learn in detail about the industrial park's construction scale, manufacturing processes, and technical equipment. They fully affirmed Canlon's R&D achievements in the field of low-carbon roofs.
The meeting was chaired by Zhao Dongliang, Director of the Human Resources Center. He introduced the main leaders from both sides and warmly welcomed the Ganfeng Lithium team.
He Xingyao, Vice President of Ganfeng Lithium, stated that through this exchange and visit, they not only witnessed the rapid development of Canlon and the outstanding achievements of polymer materials in the field of low-carbon buildings, but also sparked insightful discussions through exchanges on corporate development strategies. Vice President Wang Pingping briefly introduced the development history and strategic layout of Canlon, as well as Canlon's strategic layout in recent years in empowering the industrial sector and transforming and upgrading low-carbon roofing, and its cross-border semiconductor business.
Vice President Chen Hongjin introduced Canlon's digital and intelligent development process since its establishment, introduced the construction of Canlon's OA system with full interfaces and the establishment of the integration of informatization and industrialization system, and also shared Canlon's AI intelligent exploration and "crayfish farming" experience in recent years.
Vice President Long Zhihong introduced Canlon's group-based management logic from "operation" to "management", the integrated approach of "finance +", and the ideas and construction of operations from platformization to ecosystemization, from cost assessment to profit assessment, and from organizational change to ideological change.
