In order to build a high-end agricultural and livestock product production, processing and export base and launch the "Tianfu Hetao" regional public brand of agricultural products, the construction of the Tianfu Hetao headquarters base park in Bayannur is regarded as a model and benchmark for the national agricultural high-tech zone.

Bayannuur City has unique location advantages, good climate environment, fertile farmland conditions and abundant irrigation resources. It has abundant and high-quality agricultural products, especially the fruit and vegetable industry, which has always enjoyed a high reputation in surrounding areas. However, due to factors such as the level of economic development, infrastructure conditions, and backward industrial thinking, the fresh food industry such as fruits and vegetables has been experiencing development status such as low degree of standardization, backward preservation technology, short supply cycle, short industrial chain, and low added value of products for many years.

At the beginning of 2020, in order to completely break the development bottleneck of fresh-keeping cold chain logistics in Bayannur City, the Bayannur Municipal Party Committee and Government officially launched and planned the "Tianfu Hetao" fresh-keeping warehousing cold chain logistics park project. The "Tianfu Hetao" headquarters base park infrastructure construction project is an important part of one of the first 17 backbone cold chain logistics hub bases in the country. It is positioned to be the production and processing cold chain logistics hub distribution center with the most complete functions and the largest storage volume in northwest China.

In order to fully ensure the effectiveness of the park's roofing system in terms of waterproofing, thermal insulation, and anti-corrosion, the first phase of the project selected a single-ply roof waterproofing system built by CANLON, using Canlon TPO thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof membrane as the main material of the roofing project.

Based on multiple advantages such as imported production lines, innovative R&D and testing platforms, the TPO thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane produced by CANLON has passed the 10,000-hour artificial climate accelerated aging test, and its exposed service life can reach more than 25 years, protecting the park for a long time.This roofing project was also carried out by Canlon Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canlon Group, which contributed "refined integration and visible honesty" to the project.

It is understood that after the completion of the park, it will make up for the historical shortcomings in the development of the fresh food industry, and the cold chain logistics base will also play an important role in the economic development of Bayannur in the future. It is of great significance to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform in Linhe District, enhance the core competitiveness of industries in high-agricultural areas, promote the in-depth integrated development of industries in rural and pastoral areas, and accelerate the realization of rural revitalization.
