On April 24, Hubei Province Electronic Bidding Trading Platform announced that CANLON's subsidiary Canlon Rail Transit New Materials Co., Ltd. again won the tender for the construction of the Wuhan to Yichang section of the new Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway (first opening section).

The latest winning bids are WYZQ-3 Yingcheng to Jingshan section and WYZQ-4 Jingshan to Zhongxiang section, which are located in the transition zone between the hills and Jianghan Plain, both of which are important parts of Wuhan city circle.

A good start is half of success: in January 2022, CANLON's materials were successfully applied to the WYZQ-5 section (within Jingmen) of the Wuhan-Yichang section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway (the first section), winning the approval of the Yangtze River Railway Group Hubei Company Limited through construction efficiency and excellent completion quality. This time, the tender was awarded again, which strongly demonstrates the construction party's recognition and trust in CANLON's products and services.

With a design speed of 350km/h, a construction period of 4 years and a total investment of 52.27 billion yuan, the new Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-Speed Railway is a railway connecting Shanghai with Chongqing and Chengdu in Sichuan Province, and is also a part of the main line of the "River Corridor" in China's "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning".
