Marina is a famous tourist destination in California, USA. The project is close to the yacht dock in the harbor. The project has 1 large foundation slab and 2 small foundation slab with a total waterproof area of 36,000 square meters. The preliminary project material declaration is very strict. This project is also our company's first large project in the United States with an area of more than 10,000 square meters.
The project duration is 8 months, starting in February 2016 and completed in October 2016.
The project innovatively uses several new tapes developed by Canlon in the early 2016, which cooperates well with the on-site construction and effectively meets the customer's expectations for waterproofing.
Difficulties:
1)The foundation slab waterproofing is 3-4 meters below sea level, and there is seawater infiltration in summer
2)The temperature difference between morning and evening in the Los Angeles area is large, and the dimensional stability of the material is relatively high.
