PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MPUTM TPO is a two-component, UVstable, liquid applied, polyurethane Waterproof TOP Coating, designed to provide a durable, colour stable highly reflective top coat for MPUTM roof waterproofing systems.
CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES
▪ Long service life: Excellent UV resistance, stable color, not easily powdering or yellowing. Passed the 2500h highly destructive UV accelerated aging test
▪ Strong environmental adaptability: resistant to long-term immersion corrosion in media such as water, acid, alkali, salt, oil, etc
• Good flexibility: still intact at minus 30 ℃
▪ Good decorative performance: The coating has good decorative performance, with a shiny and full finish and high hardness
▪ Meets the requirements of JC/T 2253
USES
MPUTM TPO may only be used by experienced professionals.

BASIS OF PRODUCT DATA
Results may differ based upon statistical variations depending upon mixing methods and equipment, temperature, application methods, test methods, actual site conditions and curing conditions.
LIMITATIONS
▪ Containers that have been opened must be used as soon as possible.
▪Do not mix MPUTM TPO with water .
▪ All surfaces where MPUTM TPO is applied must be "sloped to drain" to prevent standing or ponding water.
• Do not apply to contaminated surfaces.
• Use with adequate ventilation.
• Do not apply over a curing or forming oil compound.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The applied waterproofing system consisting of MPUTM must have cured tack free and must be sound, of sufficient strength, clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease and other contamination.
MPUTM Top must be applied within 3 days after application of the base coat. If the overcoating time is exceeded, MPUTM 402 must be applied at a consumption rate of ~100 g/m2.
MIXING
Prior to application, stir MPUTM Top gently but thoroughly for 3 minute in order to achieve a homogeneous mixture.Stirring gently will minimise air entrainment.
APPLICATION
MPUTM Top is applied in one or two coats,by roller, brush . Prior to the application of MPUTM Top the roof waterproofing systems must have been installed and cured sufficiently. For waiting time / overcoating refer to the table above.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Equipment should be immediately cleaned with an environmentally safe solvent, as permitted under local regulations.
