DESCRIPTION

MBP-TPO100 is a high-performance post-applied TPO waterproofing membrane, composed of a high- strength TPO base sheet, durable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and protective release film. It forms a permanent, fully-bonded waterproof system when applied to concrete substrates, offering outstanding tensile strength, elongation, low-temperature flexibility, and long-term durability.

USES

Post-applied waterproofing for underground structures, basements, and foundation walls. Vertical and horizontal concrete walls, elevator shafts & utility tunnels. Roof decks, concrete roofs, and inverted roofing systems. Industrial and civil building underground, wall, and roof waterproofing. Projects requiring high puncture resistance and reliable post-applied bonding.

FEATURES

·Premium TPO base sheet: ultra-high tensile strength and elongation

·Excellent low-temperature flexibility: no cracking down to -35°C

·Strong adhesion to concrete, even under long- term water immersion

·Cold-applied, no open flame, safe and fast construction

·Stable lap joints; prevents water migration even if damaged

·Outstanding aging, alkali, and weather resistance

·Suitable for underground, vertical wall, and roof applications

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Substrate Preparation

Clean the substrate thoroughly to remove dust, oil, laitance, and loose particles. Ensure the surface issolid, flat, dry, and free of sharp objects to ensure

stable bonding.

Priming (if needed)

Apply a thin, uniform layer of special primer onporous or dusty substrates. Allow full drying beforemembrane installation to improve adhesion.

Detail Treatment

Reinforce internal/external corners, pipepenetrations, drainage outlets, and expansion jointswith additional flashing strips to enhance waterproofreliability.

Membrane Positioning

Unroll and align the membrane accordng to layoutlines, maintain consistent overlap width (80 - 100mm), and avoid wrinkles or misalignment.

Membrane Application

Gradually peel off the release film while pressing

the membrane firmly onto the substrate. Moveforward smoothly to avoid stretching or bubbling.

Air Exhausting & Compaction

Use a heavy roller to press the membrane from thecenter to edges, expelling all trapped air to ensurefull and tight contact.

Lap Joint Treatment

Clean the overlapping area thoroughly, remove therelease film completely, then press tightly with aroller to form a permanent, watertight seam.

Protection

Protect the finished membrane from impact, drilling, sharp tools, and heavy traffic beforesubsequent construction or backfilling.
