Project Introduction
Tel Aviv, Israel, is located on the eastern Mediterranean Sea, with an urban area of 51.76 square kilometers. According to statistics from the 2005 city cluster (Gush Dan) centered on Tel Aviv, the Tel Aviv metropolitan area has a population of 3.04 million, making it the largest metropolitan area in Israel, the most densely populated area in the country, and the economic hub of Israel. Tel Aviv is considered to have shown a trend of becoming a world-class city and is listed as the most expensive city in the Middle East.
This commercial building project is located on the Mediterranean coast and is designed as a five-story basement, about 24 meters below sea level. The entire project floor uses Canlon MBP-P pre-applied waterproofing membrane, with a total construction area of 4,000 square meters.
