Enterprising Canlon | Accelerate integration and embark on a new journey together - the communication and friendship meeting between Jiazhicai and Canlon’s management was successfully held

On May 5, 2025, the first communication and friendship meeting between the management of Canlon Co., Ltd. and Jiazhicai was held in the Canlon Polymer Industrial Park. The purpose of this friendship meeting is to provide a warm reunion platform for the managers of both sides to understand each other's business content, strengthen mutual understanding, accelerate integration and collaboration, and enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the Canlon family.

A total of 31 people attended the meeting, including Qian Lindi, Chairman of Canlon, Li Zhongren, President, Zhang Yong, Executive President, as well as company executives and heads of various centers; Chen Xianfeng, Chairman of Suzhou Jiazhicai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Zhichao, General Manager, and heads of various centers, a total of 15 people attended the meeting.

In the first session of the party, Qian Lindi, Chairman of Canlon, and Liu Zhichao, General Manager of Jiazhicai, delivered speeches respectively, stating that joining Canlon would be a blessing for the long-term development of both parties, and expressed their good wishes for accelerating integration and empowering each other.

Representatives from the functional departments of both sides introduced themselves, and shared their work experience, work responsibilities, work expectations, etc., deepening their understanding, opening their hearts, enhancing friendship, and resonating with each other. After the introduction session, the employees who had work exchanges exchanged contact information to make full preparations for better work in the future.

Afterwards, both parties gave detailed introductions to the basic situation of the company. Chen Hongjin, vice president of Canlon, introduced the development history, core product technology, corporate business philosophy and brand culture of Canlon to the colleagues of Jiazhicai.

Liu Zhichao, general manager of Jiazhicai, introduced Jiazhicai’s basic situation, market positioning, operating results, as well as the company’s display panel testing technology and semiconductor business layout to colleagues from Canlon.

Chen Jie, the sponsor representative of Zhongtian Guofu Securities, shared the relevant operations that listed companies need to pay attention to in terms of standardized operations and information disclosure, and answered questions for both parties on issues such as assets and equity.

The successful holding of this social gathering is a new chapter for the Jiazhicai team to officially integrate into the Canlon family. In the future, the Canlon family will unite closely, form a stronger centripetal force, and work hard to achieve common goals.
