Project Introduction
The planned land area is about 9,898 hectares, with a construction area of 2.8 million square meters. Located in Baiziwan area of Chaoyang District on the southeast fourth ring road, the planned land is mainly the original factory area of Beijing Chemical Plant No. 2 and Beijing Organic Chemical Plant. The foundation contains some special solution components, which are corrosive to ordinary asphalt-based waterproof materials. After multiple demonstrations by the owner and experts, "Karen" MBP polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane and MPU white polyurethane waterproofing coating are used.
