BASIS of PRODUCT DATA

All technical data stated in this Product Data membrane are based on laboratory tests. Actual measured data may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

Substrate quality

The base surface must be uniform, flat, and free of sharp protrusions or burrs.

The layer in direct contact with the membrane must be compatible with the membrane, clean, dry, and free of oil.

Application method

Construction should be carried out in accordance with the current TPO membrane exposed system installation manual.

The roofing membrane is used as a loose-laid and ballasted application.

If the lap edges are slightly contaminated, it is recommended to clean them with a suitable cleaner before hot air welding.

The lap seams are welded using an electric welder, such as a manual hot air gun, a pressure roller, or an automatic welding machine, with the welding temperature controlled within a reasonable range.
