CANFLEX PVC-P1 is a high-quality, polyester-reinforced PVC waterproofing membrane for mechanically fastened roofing systems.

USES

Waterproofing membrane for:

·Mechanically fastened roofing systems

·Loose laid ballasted roofs with different ballast materials (e.g. gravel, concrete slabs)

·Green roofs (intensive, extensive)

·Utility roofs

·Inverted roofs

·Terraces with pedestrian traffic.

Shelf life

5 years from the date of manufacture (in unopened, undamaged original packaging).

Storage conditions

Store rolls on pallets and fully protected from the weather with clean canvas tarpaulins. Unvented polyethylene tarpaulins are not accepted due to the accumulation of moisture beneath the tarpaulin in certain weather conditions that may affect the ease of membrane weldability.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

CANFLEX PVC-P1 is installed and fastened to the roof deck using the approved attachment method. The membrane is heat-welded together by trained mechanics using hot-air welding equipment.

MAINTENANCE

Standard maintenance of CANLON systems should include regular inspections of flashings, drains and termination sealants at least twice a year and after each storm.
