Project Introduction:
Beijing CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun because its architectural appearance is designed in imitation of the ancient ritual vessel "Zun", is the headquarters building of CITIC Group. It is also a high-rise building integrating office buildings, commerce, entertainment, conferences, sightseeing and other services. It is located in the core area of the central business district, covers an area of 11,478 square meters, with a total construction area of 437,000 square meters, 108 floors above ground and 7 floors underground, and can accommodate 12,000 people for office work. The project was officially started at the end of 2015 and was put into use at the end of 2018 after three years.
Although the construction of the building cost a lot of money, it also created eight world records. In terms of waterproofing, the China Zun project also selected Canlon MPU white-color polyurethane waterproof coating as the waterproof material.
