The Fengcheng Lidu project is located at No. 68 Fengxiang Avenue, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City. Developed by Qingyuan Hengyuan Zhaoye Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the project primarily consists of high-rise residential buildings, supplemented by apartments, villas, and commercial spaces. The surrounding area boasts abundant educational, medical, and commercial resources. The total land area is approximately 230,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 700,000 square meters. The project's green roof drainage system utilizes the Canlon SDR siphon drainage collection system, with on-site construction handled by Canlon's Qingyuan partner, Guangdong Yuhao Housing Repair Co., Ltd.
Recently, Canlon has added another internationally authoritative certification – its TPO/PVC waterproof membrane has successfully passed the product rating accreditation of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) after three years of outdoor testing, making it one of the few domestic companies to hold certifications for both polymer waterproof materials. This also signifies that Canlon's roofing waterproofing products have reached internationally advanced levels in terms of thermal radiation efficiency and green energy-saving performance, opening new channels for expanding into the global green building market.
On November 6th, the winners of the first "Good Waterproofing for Good Houses" Solution Evaluation Competition, organized by the China Building Waterproofing Association, were officially announced. Canlon's "MPU-N Solvent-Free Polyurethane Waterproof Coating" won second prize in the competition. Canlon has launched a number of innovative products suitable for repair and leak filling in response to the waterproofing and protection needs of old residential area renovation projects, such as waterproofing repair, crack repair, and reinforcement. On October 13, 2025, the 9th China Steel Structure Association Member Representative Conference and the 2025 China Steel Structure Conference grandly opened in Nanning, Guangxi. The conference was hosted by the China Steel Structure Association, organized by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd. and China Fifth Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. Starting from waterproof materials, water supply and drainage, renewable energy, prefabricated decoration, and all-age friendliness, a batch of new technologies and processes were announced to promote the construction of safe, comfortable, green and smart improved housing. The document prioritizes the promotion of waterproofing materials and new technologies for underground and roofing projects, including polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing membranes, synthetic polymer waterproofing membranes, reactive polymer waterproofing coatings, and hot-melt rubberized asphalt waterproofing coatings. Waterproofing materials suitable for interior, roofing, and exterior wall projects can include polymer emulsion waterproofing coatings and cement-based waterproofing materials, and detailed requirements are outlined.
With the disclosure of the 2025 semi-annual report, the good news that Canlon’s operating performance has improved significantly has attracted attention from many parties. During the reporting period, Canlon achieved revenue of 1.148 billion yuan, a slight decrease of 5.92% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent was 25.8124 million yuan, a surge of 232.48% year-on-year; operating cash flow was 50.1740 million yuan, a surge of 116.34% year-on-year; basic earnings per share was 0.07 yuan, a surge of 250.00% year-on-year.
