Boutique Canlon | Classic Case Study of Siphon Drainage Systems – Asia Pulp & Paper Key Industrial Expansion Project

The Phase II Expansion Project of Asia Pulp & Paper (Shandong) Co., Ltd., for its household paper products, is located in Rizhao Economic Development Zone. It is a key industrial expansion project of the province and city, with a total investment of RMB 1.2 billion and a total construction area of approximately 92,000 square meters. The project mainly involves the construction of a new paper-making plant, a deep processing workshop, an intelligent automated warehouse, and supporting public and environmental protection facilities. It will also build six new high-end household paper production lines. After completion, the company's total household paper production capacity will reach 300,000 tons/year, with an annual increase in output value of over RMB 2.2 billion. This will further strengthen the regional pulp and paper industry cluster and bring significant economic and social benefits.

The automated finished goods warehouse and post-processing workshop of this project adopted the Canlon roof siphon rainwater drainage system solution. The roof catchment area of the automated finished goods warehouse is 10,805㎡, with a total of 6 sets of siphon rainwater systems and 1 set of overflow siphon rainwater system; the roof of the post-processing workshop is 7,375㎡, with a total of 4 sets of siphon rainwater systems.
