1. Canlon successfully acquired Jiazhicai.

On the afternoon of April 21, 2025, the investment and acquisition signing ceremony between Jiangsu Canlon Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Jiazhicai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Canlon Polymer Industrial Park. With this, Jiazhicai officially became a holding subsidiary of the company, and Canlon has entered a development stage driven by "dual main businesses" of new building waterproof materials and new display panel testing and compensation repair.

2. Shipment of OLED De-mura equipment from the 8.6 generation line.

In May, Suzhou Jiazhicai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Canlon, officially shipped the first domestically developed and manufactured De-mura equipment for 8.6-generation OLED production lines to a leading domestic panel manufacturer. This marks a substantial breakthrough for domestically produced high-end display testing equipment in the core aspects of OLED manufacturing, significantly enhancing my country's self-sufficiency in the new display industry chain.

3. Canlon Shanghai Partners Sign Strategic Agreements with Major Clients

On May 22, 2025, Canlon successfully signed agreements with six major strategic clients in Shanghai, each with assets exceeding 10 million RMB, at the Polymer Industrial Park. This signing is of great significance and impact on brand promotion in East China. Going forward, Canlon will work with its partners to further develop the Shanghai waterproofing market, contributing to the building quality of this international metropolis.

4. Anhui Canlon Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. opens for business.

On July 2nd, the grand opening ceremony of the 2025 Canlon Anhui Operation Center/Anhui Canlon Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., themed "Building Dreams in Jianghuai and Creating the Future Together," was held in Hefei, the capital city of Anhui Province.

Anhui Canlon will leverage the technology and brand of Canlon to create a new type of technology company integrating waterproof material research and development, sales, and construction services. It will provide diversified and customized waterproof solutions for various new and old buildings in Anhui, including single-ply roofing systems, underground engineering, and photovoltaic roofs, and is committed to the comprehensive upgrading of quality and service in the Anhui building waterproofing market.

5. TMP Integrated Panels enable the implementation of projects worth billions.

This year, an industrial park with the world's largest use of fiberglass rose from the ground in Tongxiang, Zhejiang. With a goal of 10 billion yuan in investment, 10 billion yuan in output value and 1 million tons of fiberglass application, it is also the first batch of "thousand projects with a value of 100 billion yuan" in Zhejiang Province - a new material industrial park under Zhenshi Group, one of China's top 500 enterprises.

The Tencent headquarters building is located in the center of "Penguin Island" and consists of four spiraling towers, resembling a high-speed engine, hence the name "Technology Engine."

In the largest food industry cluster in Central China, boasting the highest concentration of nationally renowned brands, the annual output value of the food industry exceeds 100 billion yuan. In the first three quarters, Canlon achieved operating revenue of approximately RMB 1.818 billion, a slight increase of 0.36% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached approximately RMB 26.41 million, a significant increase of 182.15% year-on-year, successfully turning a loss into a profit. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.07, an increase of 177.78% year-on-year, demonstrating a significant improvement in profitability and shareholder returns. On the morning of June 21, the Canlon Global Partner Conference - Vietnam Station successfully concluded at the Movenpik Conference Center in Hanoi, Vietnam.
