General Description

CANLON brand MPU is a one component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating made out of the main materials of isocyanate and polyether polyol, together with various auxiliaries and fillers. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, great construction performance and good corrosion resistance. MPU Waterproofing Coating can be applied to basement,deck, bathroom, balcony, pool, parking lot and non-exposed roof waterproofing engineering.

Product Feature

1. Environmental friendly, the Solvent-free type can be applied to drinking water tank.

2. Spray application shall greatly elevate the construction efficiency, while atomization effect can fill the minor defects of the substrate to avoid air bubbles, delivering better waterproof performance .

3. CAS waterborne epoxy resin can be coated on the substrate thinly to improve the bonding strength of polyurethane coating and substrate even in the case of surface being wet or not clean.

4. Strong deformation resistance avoids the phenomenon of the waterproof layer being pulled apart instantly due to the structural crack.

5. Excellent vapor barrier performance,free from common quality problems such as yellowing and mildew.

6. Reliable bonding for subsequent construction, pat some dry,medium or fine sand onto the surface of last uncured coat before pasting ceramic tile or plastering.

Accessories

1.CAS Water-based Epoxy Coating Uses: 

It is recommended to add no more than 60g per barrel of coating. Excessive amounts may lead to air bubbles, porosity  and low film strength after the coating is formed. Mainly used as primer for wet concrete substrate surface  and rusted steel plate surface. It can improve the bonding  strength of polyurethane waterproof coating and the substrate. Ratio: A component: B component: water = 4:1:1.5 Reference dosage: 0.2kg/m2
 

2. EPU Aliphatic Polyurethane Weather-resistant Waterproof Coating Application: 

Thinly applied to the surface of MPU white  polyurethane waterproof coating for exposed parts. Reference dosage: 0.2kg/m2.

Reference Dosage

When the film thickness is 1mm, the reference amount of coating  is 1.5~1.8kg/m2

Application

TypeⅠ 

1.Non pre-applied parts of ordinary buildings, such as: post-applied walls and foundation deck of Basement. 

2. Non pre-applied parts of open-cut tunnel projects, such as: subways, commercial street tunnels, utility tunnels and sunken roads, etc.

3.A sloping roof with a large number of inserts. 

4.Exposed and non-exposed roofing works. 

5.Color steel roof renovation project. 

6.Indoor rooms, such as: tea room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom and balcony. 

7.Landscape pools, swimming pools, etc. 

Type Ⅱ

1. It is used outside the ballast trough of the ballasted bridge deck and outside the protective wall of the ballast-less bridge deck. 

2.Leakage plugging and maintenance on the back surface of the concrete structure. 

Type Ⅲ

1.Indoor and outdoor parking lot floor, indoor sports floor floor. 

2.Waterproof reinforcement of dam and reservoir structure 

3.Other waterproof parts that have wear resistance and substrate. reinforcement requirements, such as flood troughs.
