Liupanshui Comprehensive Underground Pipe Gallery Project (Jin Yu Award)

Project Introduction

The underground utility tunnel in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province is approved by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and approved by the Liupanshui Municipal People's Government, and invested, constructed and operated through the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model. The planned construction of the underground utility tunnel i is 39.69 km long, of which the old  tunnel is 23.9 km long and the new urban area tunnel is 15.8 km long, with a total investment of about 2.994 billion yuan, initially building a skeleton system of the urban underground utility tunnel in the central urban area.
