How to properly store and transport?

1) This product is a non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as  ordinary cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, sun exposure, freezing, squeezing and collision.

2) The storage temperature should not exceed 40℃ and should be sealed and stored in a cool place. In dry rooms, stack them upside down, avoid direct sunlight and moisture, and prohibit stacking in the open air without any protective measures.

3) Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 6 months. It can still be used after the storage period  if  passing the inspection.

How to install MPU Waterproofing Coating correctly?

1) Substrate preparation : Spatula, shot blasting, grinding, partial repair, cleaning and other measures can be used to make the  substrate    surface reach a level, dry, clean, and firm condition. The wet substrate surface should be  coated with a water-based epoxy primer.

2)  Mixing: One-component  coating can be used directly after opening the barrel.

3)  Application: Scrape the MPU waterproof coating in vertical and horizontal directions. When the previous coating is touch dry but not totally cured, apply the next coating until it reaches the thickness required by the design.

4)  Spread sand on the surface (when used for indoor wall waterproofing), in order to ensure that the coating film is firmly bonded to the subsequent plastering or tiling, the dry medium and fine sand can be slapped on the surface of the coating during the last time of the MPU waterproof coating. .
