Honor Canlon | Canlon won the 2024 "Technology Innovation Award" of the China Steel Structure Association

On March 28, 2025, the 11th National Metal Enclosure System Industry Conference was grandly held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. The "Polymer Membrane Metal Composite Panel and Engineering Application" project of Canlon won the 2024 "Technology Innovation Award" of the China Steel Structure Association at this conference .

The conference was hosted by China Building Waterproof Association Metal Roofing Technology Branch, China Steel Structure Association Enclosure System Branch, MCC General Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd., and organized by Seiko Industrial Building Systems Group Co., Ltd. and MCC Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. More than 130 companies and more than 400 representatives from the metal enclosure system industry across the country participated, of which 39 exhibitors displayed high-tech achievements.

At the meeting, Chen Jie, chairman of the Enclosure System Branch of the China Steel Structure Association, read out the list of winners of the China Steel Structure Association's 2024 "Technology Innovation Award".

Wang Yazhou, general manager of the Roofing System Technology Center of Canlon, took the stage to give a speech as a representative of the Technology Innovation Award. He introduced the research and development background, market situation, products and advantages, and engineering applications of TMP®️ Integrated Panel. He also analyzed and compared the respective advantages of PVC and TPO polymer membranes.

As the first product in the industry that deeply integrates polymer waterproof materials and metal plates and has won the China Patent Award, Canlon’s TMP® Integrated Panel can effectively achieve integrated anti-corrosion and waterproofing, extend the life of steel roofs, and meet the needs of multiple scenarios such as renovation of new and existing roofs, installation of photovoltaics, etc., truly interpreting the charm of "low-carbon roofs".
