Healthy Canlon | Knowledge Contest + Skill Competition, Canlon's life is very rich this summer

With the arrival of the hot summer, Canlon has successively launched two exciting employee competitions to further accelerate the construction of a team of skilled talents, promote the training of skilled talents, and create a good atmosphere of respecting skills, delving into business, being dedicated to work, and being innovative.

On June 25, Suzhou Canlon Polymer New Material Technology Co., Ltd. held an internal safety competition. Personnel from the production department, quality inspection department, equipment department and other departments actively participated in the competition, competing around safety production knowledge and emergency response skills. The competition included theoretical examinations and practical exercises, focusing on the use of fire extinguishers, hazardous chemical leakage disposal and other scenarios, and commended and rewarded outstanding teams and personnel.

Coincidentally, the Suzhou factory also held a grand skills competition recently. The competition has four events, namely, lamination, thickness setting, winding and splicing, forklift operation, fire extinguisher operation and fire hose operation.

The employees actively participated in the competition, competing in basic techniques in terms of accuracy and speed of each process of membranes, precision in forklift operation, and accurate judgment and extinguishing of firefighting operations.

After several hours of fierce competition, the judges gave comprehensive scores based on craftsmanship quality, competition time, teamwork and other aspects, and finally selected the first, second and third prizes of the competition.
