Hangzhou Metro Lines 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6

Project Introduction

Hangzhou Metro Line 4 project started construction in May 2012, with a total length of 20.8 kilometers in the first phase. The first section is about 9.6 kilometers long and started construction in 2008. It was put into trial operation on February 2, 2015. The southwest section of the first phase is 11.2 kilometers long and has 8 stations. It is scheduled to open to traffic in mid-2017. The total investment is about 14.019 billion. The waterproof area is 110,460 square meters.
