With the full implementation of the "General Specification for Waterproofing of Buildings and Municipal Engineering" , the waterproofing of metal roofs with grade one or grade two waterproofing requires a layer of metal plate and a layer of waterproofing membrane. The single-ply roofing system is an international mainstream roofing solution. It uses TPO/PVC polymer waterproof membrane as the waterproof layer, making full use of its weather resistance, corrosion resistance and weldability, effectively reducing the roof layer and material costs, has low requirements for the weather environment, effectively reduces the construction period, and can be used in maintenance projects.

The concrete photovoltaic roof system solution is tailor-made for concrete building roofs. Special adhesives are used to fully adhere the Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membranes to the concrete protective layer. The adhesive strength is used to resist wind loads. The membranes are welded by hot air to form a complete waterproof layer, and the roof system is composed of related structures such as the insulation layer. The system is easy to construct, does not require hot melting, and can also be installed with supports, combining waterproofing with photovoltaic power generation to form a functional roof system.

Metal Roof Renovation Solutions

Refurbishment of mechanical fixing systems

Special fixings are used to fix the Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membrane to the original roof metal plate or purlin base. The pulling force between the fixings and the base is used to resist the wind load. The membranes are welded by hot air to form a complete waterproof layer, which is combined with the insulation layer, vapor barrier layer and other related structural layers to form a roofing system.

Refurbished full adhesive system

On the original roof metal plate, use special adhesive to fully adhere Canlon PVC/TPO waterproof membrane to the original roof metal plate base, use the bonding force of the adhesive to resist wind load, and form a complete waterproof layer between the membranes through hot air welding.

Retrofit self-adhesive system

1. On the original roof metal plate, fully adhere the WRF ultra-thin self-adhesive elastic anti-corrosion membrane to the original roof metal plate base, use the acrylic adhesive of the coil to resist wind load, and form a complete waterproof layer through bonding between the anti-corrosion membranes;

2. On the original roof metal plate, fully adhere the WRM butyl self-adhesive elastic anti-corrosion membrane to the original roof metal plate base, use the butyl adhesive of the membrane to resist wind load, and form a complete waterproof layer between the anti-corrosion membranes through hot air welding.
