On September 3, 2026, the Party Committee of Suzhou Company (East China Materials Division) of China National Building Materials Testing & Certification Group, the Party Branch of Suzhou Waterproofing Research Institute of China Building Materials, the Party Branch of China Building Waterproofing Magazine, and the Party General Branch of Canlon Investment Co., Ltd. jointly carried out the "Chain-based Party Building" co-construction activity at Canlon Polymer Industrial Park and officially signed the "Chain-based Party Building Co-construction Agreement".

This signing ceremony is based on the principles of "Party building leadership, supply chain cohesion, complementary advantages, and coordinated development." It will carry out in-depth cooperation in five aspects: joint organization building, joint theoretical learning, joint talent cultivation, joint technology research, and joint development promotion. Prior to the signing ceremony, nearly 60 representatives from the Party organizations of various enterprises visited the Canlon's polymer industrial park, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's R&D achievements, production processes, and intelligent management level in the field of polymer waterproof materials. Canlon's innovative achievements in practicing green and low-carbon practices, intelligent manufacturing, and especially in the field of roofing engineering, left a deep impression on the representatives.

After the signing ceremony, representatives from the four participating Party members visited the Liu Yazi Memorial Hall to learn about Mr. Liu Yazi's life and deeds, as well as his revolutionary journey alongside the Chinese Communists. Through this immersive red-themed study tour, they received profound Party spirit education and spiritual baptism, further strengthening their convictions and refining their original aspirations.
