Yangtze River Delta BIPV Research Institute visits Canlon Group

On March 12, 2024, an expert delegation from the Yangtze River Delta BIPV Research Institute visited CANLON to conduct an inspection and exchange around building photovoltaic integration-the overall solution for industrial and commercial roof photovoltaic systems. Li Zhongren, CEO of CANLON, and Sun Guojun, general manager of Carbon Technology warmly received the visiting experts.

The visiting experts include: Bian Shuiming, director of the Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) Special Committee of the Wuxi Civil Engineering Society and deputy director and secretary-general of the Yangtze River Delta BIPV Research Institute; Chen Hong, president of the Shanghai Energy Saving Engineering Technology Association； Li Yufeng, deputy secretary-general of Wuxi New Energy Chamber of Commerce, Cai Wenxiang, chairman of Wuxi Sakot New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ; Zhu Xiangdong, secretary-general of the Suzhou Green Building Association; Bian Chengjie, deputy secretary-general of the Yangtze River Delta BIPV Research Institute, etc. In order to comprehensively understand the innovative research and development advantages of CANLON in the field of industrial and commercial roofing, the visiting experts visited the Canlon Advanced Technology Research Institute, the wind uplift laboratory, the polymer membrane training base, the photovoltaic exhibition hall and the integrated panel exhibition hall, and went to the photovoltaic roof of the first and second phases of the industrial park for on-site observation.

After a thorough visit and inspection, the visiting experts highly recognized the technical performance and application prospects of Canlon's integrated photovoltaic roof system, especially the TMP Integrated Panel system, and discussed the technical needs of Canlon's R&D and the institute's existing project results.In the future, the two parties will combine their technical experience in their respective fields, complement each other's advantages, explore more ways of cooperation, and jointly promote the development of new polymer composite building materials.
