Project Background

Nongfu Spring's Dujiangyan Production Base is a comprehensive production base invested and constructed by Nongfu Spring in Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Located in the Qingcheng Mountain Tourism Equipment Industrial Functional Zone, it covers an area of 446.7 acres and has a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan. The base adopts automated and digital production technologies and integrates industrial tourism functions, mainly producing drinking natural water and aseptic beverages.

This project is a core project of the "Tianfu Good Water" industrial cluster in Dujiangyan City. As a high-quality case of Canlon, it was honored to be selected as the Jinyu Award — Gold Award for Metal Enclosure System Engineering in 2025.

Integrated Waterproof

This project uses PVC waterproof membrane from Canlon to construct the roof waterproofing system. Canlon's PVC membranes comprehensively cover all commonly used product series within the scope of international and domestic standards. The artificial climate accelerated aging time reaches 12,000 hours, and the wind uplift resistance reaches 9.3Kpa. The core performance indicators far exceed national standards, and it can effectively resist typhoon attacks. It can provide 25 years of effective protection for the roofs of various newly built or renovated industrial and commercial buildings and photovoltaic roofs in China, effectively solving the pain points such as rust and leakage that may occur in metal enclosure systems.

As a large-scale food and beverage production base, this project had extremely stringent requirements for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and cleanliness during construction. Canlon’s PVC roofing membranes, while meeting high standards of physical and mechanical properties, also possess excellent construction adaptability and long-term stability, enabling the construction team to achieve an efficient and clean installation of the metal roofing system. After the project was put into operation, the waterproofing system operated stably, providing reliable protection for environmental control and equipment operation at the production base.

Currently, Canlon's high-performance waterproof membrane product system has been widely used in metal roofing projects for large public buildings, industrial plants, and infrastructure, forming a differentiated advantage in detail node treatment, system durability design, and construction technology guidance.
